DESCRIPTION:Sons of Norway- Mandt Lodge Lefse Baking Class Saturday\, October 27 at Mandt Lodge 317 S. Page Street\, Stoughton. Registration is $20 for adults and $10 for youth 12 years old and under. Mandt Lodge members will share recipes and techniques for making lefse how our lodge makes it! Volunteers will walk participants through the mixing\, baking\, cooling and packaging process we use at Mandt. Of course\, sampling your work is encouraged and lefse will be sent home with participants. Mandt Lodge will provide equipment and supplies. We prefer pre-registrations but will accept walk-ins that day if there is room! Reservations should be sent back by October 22 to Darlene Arneson\, 2056 Skaalen Rd\, Stoughton.
