Renovation Celebration & Ribbon Cutting at Greenspire Apartments
We are excited to announce the completion of our year-long renovation project!
Join us as we celebrate the ribbon-cutting and unveiling of our newly renovated apartment community! Take a tour of our beautifully renovated apartment homes and our new permaculture gardens. Food, refreshments, and music will be provided.
During the event, you will learn about:
- Greenspire will be 100% solar powered! Through receiving the Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP), a transformative project funded by the Inflation Reduction Act and led by HUD. This initiative enables Greenspire to pursue the prestigious Zero Energy Certification through the International Living Future Institute.
- Sustainable gardens have been installed! By applying the design principles and ethics of permaculture, we are creating an urban food forest to enhance the resilience of our community.
